Mick de Blok is a Senior Business Consultant Legal & Regulatory at Effacts, part of Wolters Kluwer. They offer digital tools to the legal departments of companies, among other to manage shareholder structures, legal entities and claims. "As a project manager and consultant, I supervise the implementation of our platform for new customers, and I offer existing customers advice. My goal is to increase their success with our products."
Mick started two and a half years ago, as a junior, and rose in record time to a senior position. For now, he is remaining where he is, to reflect. "This leadership role fits me like a glove. For now, I would like to get better at what I do."

"I work for Effacts, a company that has been taken over by Wolters Kluwer. We offer digital tools, among other to manage shareholder structures, legal entities, and claims. Our customers are the legal departments of companies, from SMEs with small groups of lawyers, to large corporations with sizeable legal departments. With our software, they can store and manage their contracts and other important legal documents in a structured manner. Our tools offer all sorts of extra features, such as reminders when contracts should be revised."
Laws and regulations

For example, if there are any changes in laws and regulations, we discuss how best to integrate those in our software, or which new modules would work well. Effacts also organizes regular customer days, during which we discuss matters of this kind. Our work method is transparent and quick. We tell you in advance what we will deliver and at what cost, and we ensure that it is ready on time."
A great deal of confidence
